The GSJ Series Twin-Screw Extruder consists of two parallel, co-rotating screws housed inside a barrel. Raw materials are fed into the barrel and conveyed into the intermeshing zone by the screw elements. Here, the screws generate intensive intermeshing motion that compresses and heats the multi-component materials to a specified temperature range, producing a homogeneous mixture with effective dispersion and distribution.
