The FZJ Series Automatic Container Mixer combines circular paddle agitation with the reciprocating rotation of the container. This multi-dimensional motion ensures thorough and uniform mixing. The mixing container is designed as a movable unit, independent from the main machine, allowing flexible handling and easy material transfer.
During operation, the container is pushed into the guide rails of the machine, where the lifting arm automatically lifts and locks it securely to the mixing head. The paddles drive the material to tumble radially and axially, while side-mounted breaker blades reduce larger agglomerates. Driven by the rotation motor, the container performs reciprocating motion, generating splitting and recombining flow patterns that further enhance mixing uniformity.
The entire process is controlled by a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and operated through a Human-Machine Interface (HMI) touchscreen, ensuring precise mixing control, a high degree of automation, and increased production efficiency.
