The FYP Series Air Cooling Belt is designed to process molten materials by forming them into thin flakes (1–2 mm) with water-cooled rollers. These flakes are then conveyed via a chain plate conveyor to a crushing unit, where they are broken into chips. During this process, cooling fans cool the material down to ambient temperature, ensuring efficient cooling before further processing.
