Product Details
The FYP series air-coolingpelletizing system consists of cooling rollers and a segmented stainless steel conveyor. The hot material extruded from the extruder is pressed into a strip with a thickness of 1-1.5mm by the rollers, which are water-cooled. As the material is conveyed, it is further cooled to a solid state by purified dry chilly air. The solidified material is then crushed into pellets and falls into a hopper. Note: The cooling water temperature should be kept below 15°C.
