The BDJ series bonding mixer is designed to bond metallic pigments to the surface of powder coating particles. This process results in metallic powders with an exceptionally bright metallic luster. The superior product quality ensures that customers quickly benefit from their investment.
Technical Features:
● The thermal mixing tank has both water heating and self-friction heating functions, along with circulating water cooling.
● The thermal mixing tank stirrer has four layers of spiral blades, water-cooled, ensuring good bonding and easy cleaning.
● PLC touchscreen control for automated bonding process, with two control systems.
● Full water cooling for the cold mixing tank and tank bottom, ensuring fast, even, and reliable cooling.
● Pneumatic tank lid opening and discharge control.
● Imported brand-name instruments and components for real-time monitoring of powder temperature at all bonding points in the hot mixing tank.
● Equipped with a large nitrogen generator with a concentration of over 99%.
● Dual nitrogen entry into the thermal mixing tank, with upper entry and lower sealing, ensuring safe and reliable explosion-proof performance.
● Suitable for pre-mixing powder coatings or mixing other products.
